it was a pretty good and warm process, felt very easy to talk to people. They were expecting a lot when I got there, so it's good to be ready beforehand. Good luck everyone! Practicing more would be really helpful.

A coordinator from the company called me out of the blue, scheduled the Zoom interview with the hiring manager, and I did the Zoom interview. The hiring manager said that the coordinator would provide an update for me the next week. There was no update. Then 2 weeks later, I checked in via email. No update from either of them. At the end of the week, I called the coordinator and she said she would email me by the end of the day on the Friday. Then 4pm on Friday came by - no reply. I sent a final email to both, asking for an update/feedback. The hiring manager finally got back to me and said they hired internally so I wasn’t given any feedback. I checked LinkedIn Recruiter because I have it, and learned that they chose a candidate over a week ago and they didn’t hire internally. I would think that in this day and age, the hiring team would be considerate enough to keep candidates updated. Even if the hiring team wanted to keep potential candidates warm while seeing how the newly hired employee would work out, they should at least email me back and say something like they haven’t made the decision yet.

I had an initial half-hour call with a recruiter, followed by a half-hour call with Talent Acquisition. Then, a half-hour with the hiring manager, and after that, I spoke with three different team members for about half an hour each. Later, there was a half-hour call with HR, and finally, about an hour-long call with the quality director. So, there were 8 interviews in total, all conducted over the phone or Teams. However, I didn't get an offer and didn't receive any feedback. Honestly, the whole thing could have been done in 1-2 hours because most of the questions were identical. It felt like a waste of time and energy. A horrible process. I think they should have started with HR to align expectations from the beginning.

It was a welcoming interview, lasting about an hour and 30 minutes, with a group of people. They asked about my motivation for wanting to work there and other general questions.
