There were 2 interviews total. The first was a phone call with HR for basic checks like work eligibility and vehicle ownership. They also talked about shift availability and asked about your preferences. The second 'interview' was in person at the shop, which felt more like a walkthrough. You'd meet the supervisor, discuss your experience, and they'd gauge your personality. It felt pretty laid back, not like a formal interview. Make sure to bring your PPE!

I applied online and they called me back to set up an interview. I had a quick interview at the office, and then went to the shop to do an uphill fillet FCAW on some scrap. The lead checked it out and said it was good. They gave me a job offer right away.

They started with an online assessment. Then a technical interview, and after that an HR interview. The technical part was pretty simple, asking about Java, why we use it, interfaces, classes, OOPS, inheritance, and HTTP APIs. They also asked about my final year project and what I did.

You start by checking in at a kiosk with the receptionist at the main office. Then, you're given a test with some easy measurement questions, an electrical one-line question, and some simple electrical questions. After you finish the test, the interviewer will greet you and ask you a few questions about yourself and your experience. Following that, you'll get a tour of the facility.
