Had an interesting and interactive interview with both management and team members. Technical questions and exercises were challenging but appropriate. I was given equal time to learn about the company and the role as well as show my team fit and technical skills.

This company has an ignorant approach to interviewing. They ask the standard, cliched, stupid questions like 'What part of a bike would you be?'. It's very unprofessional how they don't have the courage to tell you when you weren't selected. It's another company that ghosts candidates instead of informing them. If a candidate takes time out of their schedule to interview, at least have the courtesy to follow up. Don't be cowards.

Interviews happened multiple times and they immediately started with the decision makers. It was a panel interview and there were going to be additional steps. After several interviews contact broke for weeks before rejection after very positive initial conversations.
