I applied for the web developer job online, and a recruiter reached out pretty fast to set up the first interview. It seemed to go okay, and I asked about the next steps, but after that, I didn't hear anything back even after following up for a few weeks.

This interview process was super long, with at least 5 rounds. It started with a resume selection and ended with a panel interview. I felt like they shouldn't have strung me along with so many rounds if I wasn't going to get an offer. They ghosted me after the final interview, which was disappointing considering the time I put in. I was hoping for some feedback or at least a rejection letter. It wasn't a very welcoming experience for interns with limited work experience.

This role involves SaaS installation and troubleshooting, covering areas like Network, LAN, PC, Remote Access, Ticketting Systems, Microsoft Suite, Reporting, Data Mining, CRM, and Practice Management Systems. It's important to have experience working with diverse individuals, as you'll be troubleshooting issues directly with IT staff and doctors. You'll need to understand how the product extracts data from PMS and identify where errors might occur. The process also includes a data accuracy check to ensure reports align with the PMS.

So after the resume screen, I had a data challenge, then two more interviews with a senior data scientist and a data science intern. The video interviews were pretty much the same, asking about my resume, ML stuff, and coding problems. Honestly, it felt like a waste of time, especially the interview with the intern, who didn't even want to turn on her camera and seemed eager to wrap things up. They always seem to hire interns for cheap but expect PhD-level work. To top it off, even after all that, they didn't even send a proper rejection email.
