First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sigue Corp.
Risk Management
It started with a phone screener and then an in-house interview. They were really disorganized the whole time though. Had to cancel and reschedule several times and then after the interviews, I got no response for over a month. They were actually interested at that point. Maybe they had someone else drop out??? They ghosted me for a month after the in-house interview. Searching for a job is stressful enough, if it isn't a match from your end or if it is in a holding pattern, just let me know. Don't stop communicating. Common courtesy isn't so common. Based on the reviews, I think this is how all the employees are treated. They are going to squeeze everything they can out of you. No thanks!
- Would you accept a lower salary now with the prospect of a higher-level position in the future?
Compliance Officer
They'll ask you about BSA laws and regulations, like CTR's, SAR's, and submission deadlines. They want to see if you're knowledgeable and what hands-on experience you have with these. They'll also ask if you've taught or coached people on complex things or procedures. They're interested in how well you work with little supervision and how you perform under stress when facing tight deadlines.
- This job requires minimal supervision. How effective are you at working and meeting deadlines independently? Share a time you met a big deadline without help, using all available resources.
- Can you give examples from past roles of how you used resources to move forward?
Administrative
I was contacted by a recruiter and had a screening call, then a virtual interview. A second virtual interview was set up but the company missed it without any notice until the next day. The final interview was over the phone. The whole thing felt really messy and disorganized, so I decided not to move forward.
- Are you willing to travel for this role?
- Are you bilingual?
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Helpdesk
I interviewed with the contracting company, not directly with the helpdesk supervisor. They just asked about my previous job history. I wasn't able to meet with the CIO or IT Director because they didn't even know I was interviewing for the position.
- What is your intended tenure with the company?
