First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Signify.
Supply Chain Analyst
It's a contractor job so it just has one onsite interview, then they give you an excel file to finish in a few days, after submitting and waiting for about a week, they give an offer.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about a Supply Chain project you worked on.
Demand Planner
It was pretty standard, based on my experience as a planner in supply chain. Luckily, no brain teasers, just some good behavioral questions. Overall, the questions were typical for what other companies ask.
- How would you handle a situation like this?
- Describe your experience as a planner within the supply chain.
- Can you share some examples of behavioral questions you've been asked?
Supply Chain Intern
It was a fairly informal interview held in English. They outlined the position and their backgrounds before giving me the floor. The interview lasted about fifty minutes, and there were no technical questions.
- Can you tell me about yourself and what motivates you?
