It went pretty smoothly. There were 2 meetings, first with Talent Acquisition and then with the hiring manager. They were always communicative and clear. An offer came through two weeks later, and the whole hiring journey took about a month.

The interview process included 3 interviews: a phone screening, a first interview with HR, and a second interview with the team lead, followed by a third interview with the team manager for the Project Manager Developer / Head of Project Development role. We are looking for someone who wants to kick off their career in an innovative environment offering great opportunities in business management/financial management and/or project management. You should find it boring to do the easy way, and want to push the envelope and challenge the status quo. You take ownership to make things happen, in a structured but imaginative way. You must have full command of English and preferably conversational skills in German or French. We are looking for a human fit, Excel skills, and experience with SAP.
