A recruitment consultant contacted me a few days after I sent my application. I had a brief phone interview and the next day, I had a 45-minute interview. They scheduled me for an interview with the department manager a few days later, but the day before the interview, they canceled it because they had decided to extend an offer to another candidate before finishing the round with the rest, as there was apparently an urgent need to fill the position, which frustrated me as a candidate, although on the other hand, I appreciated not wasting time on something unproductive.

Had a quick call with the hiring manager, then spoke with the department manager. It was a pretty straightforward interview, the questions weren't too tough, but make sure you've done your homework on the company and the industry.

The staff was super nice, and the interview itself went okay, but the whole process felt really unprofessional and disorganized, especially when it came to the shortlisted candidates. It was a long and drawn-out experience.
