I applied and heard back from a recruiter about a week later for a phone screen. Then, about one to two weeks after that, I interviewed with the hiring manager. I got an offer the day after that interview.

I applied in June for the marketing intern role after a recruiter reached out. An HR interview was scheduled two days later where I was asked basic questions about my resume. The HR person was nice and mentioned the next step would be an interview with the hiring manager. After a month of no contact, I emailed to follow up. I never heard back and the next morning received a rejection email. It seems they had already hired someone but were very poor at communicating this to previous applicants.

It was a short and smooth interview. They asked me common questions for internship positions. The selection process had 3 steps: internal HR, interview with internal tutor, and finally with the PM for Excel. I only did the first step. Negative note: they never got back to me with feedback (even negative), which I find rude.
