The interview was pretty laid back. They asked about me, my CV, and previous work. The focus was more on the person, not so much on skills, and it really depended on how I steered the conversation. Just don't make things up, obviously.

My hiring experience at Signify was really bad. After waiting for five months, I just gave up. I applied in June and had the first interviews at the end of July. They said I wouldn't get any feedback until September because of holidays in Madrid. The second set of interviews was on September 10th. Then, nothing until early October when I had my last interview. After that, I heard nothing. I followed up after three and then four weeks, and they told me they were still interviewing, even though the job wasn't on the website anymore and an automated message said it was filled. Nobody told me anything. The whole process took way too long, and it was super annoying not to get updates. Every time I asked, I waited a week for an answer. It was discouraging. I even reached out to the hiring manager on LinkedIn before applying to explain why I'd be a good fit. I also sent them a proposal on how to improve social media, based on what we talked about. Everyone should get feedback, especially those who put in extra effort. Also, during one interview, the hiring manager said the last Social Media Manager 'failed.' It's not professional to badmouth a former employee. The job was posted again and again. I'm not sure if the job was real since it wasn't filled for over five months. If it was real, the hiring manager was probably looking for someone who doesn't exist. Honestly, the hiring process was handled terribly.
