Account Manager
Had a nice intro and good conversation with the recruiter. The process was sketched out clearly and understandably. A follow-up appointment was made with the manager, but it was canceled just before the meeting due to cost reductions within Signify.
- What are your reasons for leaving your current employer?
Key Account Manager
The interview was pretty structured and professional. They asked about my background, what I'm good at, and how I solve problems. I gave them clear examples, showing how I fit what they're looking for. Their questions were smart, and I tried to answer them well. It ended on a good note, and they told me what happens next. It was a good, respectful chat.
- Tell me about a difficult challenge you encountered in a previous role and your strategy for overcoming it.
- Could you elaborate on a situation where you faced a major obstacle professionally and the steps you took to manage it?
Key Account Manager
The interview had 3 stages, starting with an HR pre-screening, then a traditional conversation with managers from different areas. A negative point was the lack of feedback, only receiving a response after multiple attempts.
- Tell me about your career path and mention strategies you've used in the department.
