The interview process started with a recruiter call, followed by a direct client interview. I received positive feedback and was led to believe a job offer was forthcoming. However, for four weeks, the recruiter provided minimal updates about an imminent job offer, after which I decided to withdraw my candidacy. Another candidate shared a similar experience, suggesting Signify is a company to avoid.

They call your phone if you don’t respond to the email in 5 min. Very uncomfortable. Just a call asking some generic tech questions that doesn’t define your hard skills. No tech interview. Just chat. They sell you a great opportunity and fair salary, saying that there are a lot of other applications. Then they just disappear and never answer you again, after saying that you are a great fit. The role wasn’t in the client’s page. Felt like farming CV.

I initially connected with the recruiter, Megan, on LinkedIn after applying. She quickly got back to me and set up a brief introductory Zoom call for the next day. That call lasted about half an hour. Following that, I had a longer call, around 75 minutes, with the team leader later the same day. He shared a lot of information about the company and the role, which helped me understand his questions better. After our conversation, the recruiter checked in to see how I felt about the opportunity and to gather my feedback. That afternoon, she arranged for me to visit the office and meet the team the following day. I spent a couple of hours there meeting everyone and it was a good chance to see if it felt like a good fit. The last step was a meeting with the CEO the following Monday. He explained his vision for the company and what he expects. Our conversation went for over an hour, and after meeting so many people, I felt really enthusiastic about the position. They extended a verbal offer that same night, with the official paperwork sent the day after. I thought the whole process was really clear and moved quickly. It only took 4 business days from when I applied to getting the offer. I was really impressed and appreciated how thorough they were and how much they valued my time.

We talked a bit about my experience and what I am looking for. Then the consultant described their client and the job. At the end, he told me I was a good fit and would present my profile to their client the following week. For the next 3 weeks after, I followed up and was always told that the process has been delayed and I would get feedback in the next week. On the fourth week, they just stopped replying with no feedback at all.
