The interview process was great. They asked a lot of good questions and did a thorough review. I got a great tour and really liked seeing the process. I'd highly recommend this company and their great benefits. I was hired on the spot in browndeer

Behavioral Presentation

It was a standard interview process. I got a good tour and could talk about the company's challenges. Since I interviewed for two roles, we did two interviews in one afternoon. I thought the conversations went well. The recruiter didn't send me the job descriptions until the morning of the interview, even after I asked three times. He also didn't send them when he said he would. After the interview, the HR director said I'd hear back in a couple of days, but I never did, not even a rejection. I guess they found someone else. The communication before and after wasn't great. I think I was a good fit, but I'm not impressed with a company that doesn't try to sell itself to candidates. It felt like a waste of a vacation day.

I had a phone call with HR to check if I was still interested in Signicast and to set up the in-person interview. I thought it was just going to be me and 1-2 HR people for the interview, but after meeting the HR recruitment manager, I was led to a conference room where I found out I was meeting with 5 Engineering Managers and the VP of Engineering. As a sophomore in Mechanical Engineering and it being my first professional interview, it was pretty intimidating meeting everyone and seeing their titles. The guys interviewing me were super thorough and really dug into any little gap in my resume.

This was the interview for the Regional Sales Manager role. It followed a pretty standard procedure. Everyone I met with, from the CEO and VP of Sales down to the Sales Director and Sales Manager, was really down-to-earth. The interviews themselves were very professional, and thankfully, there weren't any annoying rhetorical questions.
