They started by describing the company. The interview process was pretty straightforward, mainly discussing my resume, experience, and projects. They left time for my questions at the end. Honestly, don't bother with this company, they ghosted me after the interview. I followed up twice and they couldn't even be bothered to let me know if the job was filled.

Behavioral Technical

The first interview was with a Team Lead, and the second interview was at the Director Level. There was no screener call as the TL did the first round. Both seemed to be friendly people and the interviews went really well. However, after the 2nd interview I was ghosted even after I followed up twice.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had two rounds. The first round included both behavioral and technical questions, while the second round was purely technical. They asked how I would handle an unfriendly customer, to test my communication, patience, and conflict resolution skills. The overall process didn't seem very organized.

It was mostly a conversation about my projects and skill set. The interviewer was friendly and patiently answered questions I had about the position. Not too much technical discussion, but be prepared to talk about some of the projects you have done and what they entailed.

  • Could you elaborate on your projects?
  • Can you tell me about yourself?
  • What would you do if you encountered a technology you were unfamiliar with?
