The first interview was with HR. It was a really deep dive into who I am as a person and professionally. The recruiter told me a lot about the company and the job.

The interview was scheduled really quick. I interviewed with the supervisor, and it was brief and straightforward. They also responded within 24 hours, but unfortunately, I was not selected for the position.

I was contacted by a recruiter about a job opening. We discussed my background and they said it would be a good entry-level job. The recruiter said the company is growing fast and has lots of potential. However, it turns out the job is actually an unpaid internship with a really small "stipend." It's crazy because a lot of startups in the Bay Area pay well, but Signet seems to want to use new grads as cheap workers.
