The hiring process was really confusing because of poor communication, which caused issues for both me and the interviewer. I was supposed to have a phone interview, but then it got switched to an online interview just 5 minutes before it was supposed to start. It was super confusing.

The entire interview process lasted two weeks and was conducted entirely online. It started with a casual initial chat about the position and your interests. This was followed by a more intensive four-hour session where I met with about ten individuals, including senior management and team members. They were all friendly and asked about my work scope and my perceived weaknesses. I also had to give a presentation on a project of my choice. The overall experience was good, and the managers were understanding and approachable.

I was referred by a friend. The process started with a phone interview. Afterward, I met with the program director and an SME at a coffee shop. The interview wasn't super specific or focused on particular skills. It was mostly a general chat, and they seemed more interested in hearing my questions. The meeting took about an hour. We talked about the company's history and some challenges they've had keeping people at remote sites connected to the main centers. The idea was that better communication would help, but it didn't seem to pan out.

Started with a quick phone chat to go over my background and job aspirations. Then, I got an email with a take-home challenge that needed creative and analytical problem-solving, some industry knowledge, and research skills, due in 4-5 days. The in-person part was a long one, like 4-5 hours, meeting with HR and most of the team. I also had to prep and deliver a presentation on a topic I picked.
