It was a pretty smooth interview process that spanned two days. First, I had a phone interview. Then, I went in person to meet with my potential line manager and the general manager. After that, I had a Zoom call with the heads of departments. Everyone was really nice.

The interviewer was really easy to talk to and made me feel excited to ask my questions. I've felt intimidated in other interviews and either didn't feel comfortable asking questions or forgot to ask them because I was so nervous. This interview was just really laid-back and comfortable.

I had a phone interview with the recruiter, then an in-person interview with the Regional Director, and also a Skype interview with the COO. All of these interviews went well and were focused. During the in-person interview, I was introduced to key personnel in the building and had the chance to talk with residents and staff. We went over the specific goals for the facility and I had plenty of time to discuss what challenges they saw for that facility.
