Financial Analyst
The whole thing was two parts, first a recruiter chat, then a chat with the hiring manager. It was pretty simple, they asked stuff about my past work. Took like a month to get the offer.
- What makes you want this job and what's prompting your job search?
Client Service Associate
I spoke with the operations director for an initial phone screening. About a week later, I had an in-person interview with the director of operations and a senior partner. It was a relaxed meeting. The people were nice. They explained the job details, benefits, and salary. They were very open to questions and truthful about the company.
- Can you tell me about your previous work history?
- Can you walk me through your background?
Software Developer
The whole thing took about 3 weeks. First, I had an initial call, then a call with the director. After that, there was a take-home SQL test. Finally, I had a meeting with the director at their office. Sadly, I got ghosted by the team after finishing everything. At least they could have let me know when they found someone.
- Tell me about your experience with SQL and Excel.
Associate
The interview process took quite a while with several phone calls and interviews. The interviewers were nice and knew their stuff, but they always seemed rushed, like I was interrupting them from their client work or trading.
- What are your career aspirations for this role?
