I applied online in late November as a college senior and heard back in December for a video interview. This video interview happened in January and was super quick, under 20 minutes. About a week later, I got a phone call inviting me to an "Interview Weekend" in February, which they paid for. The weekend involved in-person meetings with various managers and the Executive Director, plus a presentation and group activities with other candidates. They called me with an offer a few weeks later in March.

We started with a phone chat with two directors, then got invited to an interview weekend. Out of 14 candidates, 7 of us got hired. The weekend included dinners, a panel interview, a one-on-one with the executive director, a short 5-minute presentation to show off presentation skills, group problem-solving activities, and some team building stuff. It was a really good time and I made some awesome friends.

After submitting an online application with my resume, references, and a questionnaire about my personal experiences, my references were emailed a separate request form. Then, I was invited to a virtual interview with several staff members. Following this interview, I was either sent to in-person interviews or received a regret email.

There wasn't really a formal interview process. I just showed up and was given the job because some people recommended me. After that, I was expected to clean and my supervisor made some observations about what she wanted to see more of. On the first day, she asked if I could work during everyone's dinner, and then I started.
