Microbiologist
The process took a long time, but the people were friendly. I made it all the way to the manager, but then I didn't hear back. It seems like a good job opportunity, but I didn't get it. I hope to try again later. Thanks, I think that's all I can say about it.

Safety and Health Intern
You send your CV to Human Capital, they interview you, and depending on your profile, you move to the next filter, which would be an in-person interview with your potential direct supervisor, and they will interview you depending on what they are looking for.

Admin Manager
I went through 6 interviews, a business case assessment, and 2 psychological tests. The interviewers included 4 HR members, 1 Director, and 1 Hiring Manager, with all 6 present for the assessment. It was an Agile process that took about 4 weeks. In the end, I didn't hear back, so after 2 weeks, I followed up. They said they hadn't decided yet. Another week and a half later, I followed up again, and they told me they had chosen another candidate.
- Tell me about your past experiences using the STAR method, focusing on your approach to control and inventory.
- Can you explain your strategies for managing control and inventory?
Supply Chain Analyst
I had a initial chat with a recruiter, where they laid out the salary and mentioned there'd be about two more interviews, taking maybe 1-2 months to finalize. Then I got a follow-up interview set up on Teams. The interviewer, though, didn't actually interview me; about 2 hours in, they emailed to say we needed to reschedule. It was pretty unprofessional, so I decided not to move forward.
- In your own words, what is Supply Chain?
- Are you able to speak Spanish?
- What's your experience level with Excel, in years?
