The process took a long time, but the people were friendly. I made it all the way to the manager, but then I didn't hear back. It seems like a good job opportunity, but I didn't get it. I hope to try again later. Thanks, I think that's all I can say about it.

Behavioral Case Technical

I went through 6 interviews, a business case assessment, and 2 psychological tests. The interviewers included 4 HR members, 1 Director, and 1 Hiring Manager, with all 6 present for the assessment. It was an Agile process that took about 4 weeks. In the end, I didn't hear back, so after 2 weeks, I followed up. They said they hadn't decided yet. Another week and a half later, I followed up again, and they told me they had chosen another candidate.

I had a initial chat with a recruiter, where they laid out the salary and mentioned there'd be about two more interviews, taking maybe 1-2 months to finalize. Then I got a follow-up interview set up on Teams. The interviewer, though, didn't actually interview me; about 2 hours in, they emailed to say we needed to reschedule. It was pretty unprofessional, so I decided not to move forward.
