The interview process involved 2 interviews. The first was with the team from Sweden. After that, I had a second interview with the local team in Iasi. Although I liked the experience and the recruiters seemed happy, I ultimately didn't get the offer.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a few stages: first a phone call, then I talked to my future manager, and finally, I met with the manager and some senior folks. During these, they talked a lot about the company's structure but not much about the actual job tasks. The info I got about the role at the end was even incorrect, as my actual work turned out to be different.

  • The hiring manager might try to sell you on the company with good marketing talk... learn from my mistake.
