Quality and Compliance Analyst
There was only one round of interviews, and it was pretty basic and nothing out of the ordinary.
- How would you rank your Excel skills on a scale of 1-5
Biomaterial Engineer
It was a nice experience with the people. First, I had an initial interview with the department manager, who then moved me to a panel interview. This happened the following week and involved 5 people on Microsoft Teams, with each person having 30 minutes. They asked general interview questions. The downside was that I never heard back about whether I got the job. After about 1.5 months, I figured I wasn't chosen. I tried to reach out via email, which was the main way to communicate with HR and everyone I interviewed with, but I never got a response. It was pretty disappointing, especially from a company that talks so much about how great their employees are. It felt like a waste of my time because I would have liked some feedback.
- General interview questions were asked.
- A lot of questions were asked about teamwork.
Research Scientist
The hiring manager reached out about 2 days after my application and we had a phone chat. The very next day, I was invited for an onsite interview. The onsite involved meeting 8 different people, with each meeting lasting 30 minutes. The team was incredibly welcoming and I got a great sense of their positive work environment. I heard back about the outcome within a few days of the onsite. The whole experience was really efficient and nobody's time was wasted.
- Can you tell me about your qualifications and expertise?
Senior Scientist
The interview was in person and involved talking with several employees. Everyone was really friendly and engaged. It was a positive and encouraging experience because it was interactive. The team seemed great.
- How would you address the challenges we're currently dealing with?
