Community Manager
I interviewed with one of the Co-Founders, the Culinary Director, and the COO. The questions were really thoughtful and the interview felt natural, with no unexpected situational questions, which made me feel at ease. After that, I had a follow-up with the head of HR for my final interview. This part wasn't as enjoyable; it felt like she was just reading from a list of questions without any real conversation, and she was taking notes word-for-word. I left the call feeling really unsure about things.
- Can you share an experience where a group or team project didn't turn out as expected?
Product Designer
I had an initial screening call, then an interview, and after that, a take-home assignment. I thought there might be another stage, but then things went quiet. I got the offer after the assignment, but we couldn't schedule a start date, and they just stopped responding. So I took another job.
- Your assignment is to design a sprint aimed at identifying a suitable hybrid events venue for a Fintech company.
Fractional CMO
It was a call, not a staged process. As it's a fractional role, not permanent, this is usually the case. I do know they have an excellent recruitment process run by the brilliant Laura.
