HR interview first, then another interview with the Intern Supervisor for your team. HR interview is more rigid and less conversational than the one with the Intern Supervisor. Don't be deterred if the HR interviewer isn't giving you much reaction.

The interview wasn't that hard. I talked to 3 people, starting with an HR person, then the HR Director, and finally the Director I would be reporting to. The HR folks asked super basic behavioral questions, nothing too surprising. After that, the Director just chatted with me for about an hour about the company and other random things. Nobody really explained what the role entailed. The initial interview part took about 2 hours. Then, two weeks later, I had a meeting with an executive who interrupted me a lot while I was answering questions.

Behavioral Technical

I was contacted by a recruiter on a Wednesday, and then interviewed with someone from HR and two Managing Directors the following Monday. The interview was pretty intense and lasted almost two hours. About ten minutes after the interview ended, the recruiter called to ask about my minimum hourly rate and start date, which I thought was a good sign. However, I later found out that evening that I wouldn't get an offer because I lacked experience in one specific area.

Behavioral Technical

For this role, I went through five interviews, seeing the same person two times. Each interview was about 30 minutes over zoom. It really felt like they couldn't make up their minds. After all that time interviewing, they didn't even have the courtesy to email me that I didn't get the job. I followed up twice and heard nothing back. I wish they would offer compensation for all the time I wasted.
