Applied through Indeed and got a quick response to schedule an interview to talk about the position. Had a great interview with the hiring managers where it was more about getting to know me and what I was looking for. It didn't feel like a formal interview, more like a mutual getting-to-know-each-other session.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, I spoke with the Senior Loan Processor for an initial chat about the job and the company. They asked standard interview questions, like 'tell me about yourself' and 'why you're the best fit.' Within a week, I got a call back for a second interview with the Branch Manager. This interview was also pretty easy, with common questions, and it felt more like a casual conversation.

The interview process was standard. I met with the hiring manager, HR personnel, and was called back to interview with the CFO. The staff were very nice. My only issue was I had to contact them to find out they went with another candidate. After a phone interview and two in-person interviews, I would have expected them to contact me directly.

The whole process took 3 weeks and was pretty easy. I first talked to the hiring manager, and then a few days later I met the team to check for cultural fit. They were always on time with communication and encouraging. It was pretty conversational.
