I applied on their website and went through a phone screen, a phone interview, and then an on-site interview. About two weeks after the on-site, a recruiter told me I wasn't qualified for the role I'd interviewed for. However, they did offer me a more junior position. I said I was interested, and SNC gave me a verbal offer. I tried to negotiate, and they came back with a new offer, but then they rescinded it. When I asked for the offer in writing, they told me the position was cancelled. It was a really unprofessional experience.

Had a quick 30-minute phone call with HR first, then a Teams call with two engineers. The interview was pretty easy and included some basic STAR questions. The engineers wanted to get me onsite the following week and said I'd get an email, but I never heard back. I emailed my point of contact, but she didn't respond, even though she said they would let me know if they wanted to move forward. I had great conversations with everyone, but the lack of communication after I was told to expect an email left a bad impression.

I applied online and then got an email to schedule a phone screening with HR. The interview happened a week later over the phone. The interviewer talked about his role, gave a quick rundown of the project, and then asked about my previous experiences. They threw in a few conceptual technical questions and mentioned a decision would be made within 1-2 weeks.
