Met with a team of three people for the interview. They asked behavioral questions, not really technical ones. We went over my resume and they asked some questions about it. The technical part focused on OOP. There weren't any Leetcode-style questions.

The interview process started with a phone call that lasted close to an hour. They wanted to know the specifics of my resume, any additional experience I might have, and asked me to go into detail about a project I listed on my resume. It felt like they were checking if I was being truthful, but it was expected. The next interview felt more like a meet-and-greet. I was shown around the office, they asked me nice things, and it wasn't too deep, with no coding test, which made me feel like my education and experience could finally shine on their own. After that, it took a few weeks before I was hired.

Applied online and then got a call from HR about 3 weeks later to set up an interview. It ended up being a panel interview with the department's senior software engineers and program managers. Turns out the people I was supposed to meet were out of town, so they got the rest of the department to join in. We talked about my work experience and projects from my resume, and the tech I've used. I thought it would be a super technical interview with algorithm questions, but they mostly just asked about my projects. They were curious about the languages and frameworks I've used, how I handle testing, and my general web development skills. There were also some softer questions about teamwork and management. After accepting the offer, I had to do a background check and drug test.
