I had an initial chat with the recruiter, and then spoke with the hiring manager. The interviewer was really professional and knew their stuff, but they were looking for someone with an APMP credential and suggested I reapply after getting it.

I interviewed with the hiring team over MS Teams. They wouldn't turn on their cameras, which made it feel like I was talking to a blank screen. One manager tried to use confusing language to throw me off, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. They didn't make an effort to get to know me or use an icebreaker. Interviews should be a two-way street. I'm thankful for the opportunity but also realized that a manager talking down to you is a red flag. My impression of the company's systems and future state was negative, and they seemed unprepared for a new contract.

Applied online and then had to do a personality test. Had a very short and simple first call with an HR recruiter where they barely asked anything. Then there was a phone interview with the hiring manager and two other managers. They were looking for skills not mentioned in the job description. The job they were interviewing for didn't match the job posting or what was said in the phone screening, which made it hard to understand what the job actually was.
