I had my interview with the head of the internship program in his office. It was more of a chat than a formal interview. He gave me a general overview of the company and talked about his views on the internship. He mentioned that school comes first and working just 10 hours a week is fine. This chat lasted about 30 minutes. After that, he led me to an interview room where two principal engineers and a program manager were waiting. The next three hours were spent talking with the team members I'd be interning with. They reviewed my resume, highlighting what they found valuable. They also went through my listed skills and experience, asking about my comfort level with each in relation to their work. They did most of the talking, discussing their roles, the company, and what they look for in candidates. The interview seemed to be a way to check my personality, communication skills, and teamwork ability. I also had the opportunity to ask them questions. My impression is that if you reach the interview stage, they already think you're qualified; you just need to demonstrate a positive and approachable personality.

Applied and HR called pretty fast to set up an interview. I had an interview with a panel of three people, and they asked me about my past job experience. It's best to stay confident, not arrogant, and keep a cool head. Emphasize that finding a good culture fit is your top priority. The process was great and I heard back in under a week.
