UX Designer
It was a 5-part interview. First, a short 15 mins interview to understand the purpose of the job and for me to broadly highlight my value. Second, a 30 mins interview to highlight my work and talk about myself. Third, a test assignment to prove my capabilities. Fourth, discussion with other senior executives. Fifth, discussion with HR Manager.

- Could you tell us more about yourself?
Engineer
Started with a recruiter call, then had an interview with a C-level executive. Overall, I'd say avoid this opportunity. The executive asked me questions about engineering and development, focusing on how they're used in their product. They really pushed for my salary expectations and then asked about my current salary, which felt inappropriate and possibly illegal. They also became confrontational and dismissed my past experiences. I don't think it's worth my time, especially given how they treated me, a potential candidate.

Computer Vision Machine Learning Software Engineer
The interview process started with a brief introductory chat with the CEO, which went reasonably well. Since it was a remote position, the entire process was conducted online. Following that, I was presented with two timed coding challenges on Coderbyte, which I completed successfully using my preferred programming language. Subsequently, I had a management-focused interview over the phone with the COO, which felt like a standard HR screening. Unfortunately, I didn't get through this stage. The plan was to proceed with two more technical rounds, involving a coding project and a project review. Usually, companies conduct an initial HR call to discuss your resume, salary expectations, and start date before moving on to coding tests and technical evaluations. I found it a bit disheartening to be rejected after completing the coding rounds, especially when it felt like a decision could have been made much earlier in the process, saving me about a month of effort.
- Can you share some details about yourself and your past work?
- What kind of opportunities are you seeking?
- What's your earliest possible start date?
Robotics Engineer
This was my second worst interview experience. It started with phone screens, then a 2-hour online coding test. After that, I was invited for a full day of on-site interviews. I arrived at 9 am and was immediately given a 4-hour online coding test to do by myself in a conference room. Then we had lunch. After lunch, I went back to the conference room for another multi-hour online coding test. Following that, I was informed there would be some face-to-face interviews after 5 pm, at which point I decided to leave.
- What were the online coding tests like?
