After a recruiter chat at a university career fair, I got to interview. The interview process was good and the 3 people interviewing me were very friendly. One interesting thing was that they asked me to describe the process that happens in a restaurant from when a customer enters to when they leave. I think the interview went well, however I wasn't contacted by anyone at the company till about 4 weeks later when they offered me the position. Overall I think it was a very good experience.

It was a phone interview followed by an onsite presentation. The experience was extremely unprofessional; the interviewers were recent graduates. While some were nice, one of the women was very disrespectful, laughing and mocking during the presentation like we were 5th graders. The higher-ranking lady had an angry face the whole time. You really question why you're even presenting.

So they started with a technical phone screening where we talked about projects on my resume. After I passed that, they flew me out to Oregon for the on-site part. I had to give a presentation about my senior design project and another one comparing different tools. Then, I met with the team and we had lunch together. The interview part gets really fun once you get through the technical stuff. They have a great team.
