Three people were present during my interview, though only one, who arrived late, asked the questions. The questions were written on several papers and were very detailed programming questions. They were looking for someone who was an expert in that specific programming language. I was unable to answer two of the questions correctly, after which the interviewer left. The other two individuals then informed me not to expect an offer for the position. That was the entirety of the interview.

Got a call from HR for an interview after being shortlisted. The telephonic interview was scheduled, and the interviewer was very friendly. They asked relevant questions related to Linux, Perl, and riddles. After clearing that, I got a call from HR to have a VC (Voice Conference) to the Bengaluru office. I went to the Noida office, but there was some delay of about half an hour in scheduling the interview. I found the interviewer was not at all interested in taking the interview. They were working on their laptop and, after asking a question, would ask a different one while I was trying to explain. If the selection round was done, please don't waste time with a formality interview. Please don't let incompetent staff conduct interviews, as the future of the company and employees depends on it.

The interview process was really professional and the staff I met were great and really informative during our first meeting. They gave us a guided tour of the equipment and facilities meant for technicians. Some of the onboarding stuff was done online through automation. After the initial meeting, hiring managers at remote locations used emails to finish the hiring process for new employees.
