First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Siemens Digital Industries Software.
Engineer
The interviewer was professional and polite. I received a lot of details and all the answers to my questions. I was prepared for the interview, so I wasn't stressed, but the overall atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. Therefore, I can recommend this company based on their recruiting process.
- Can you share your most relevant past work experience?
Design Engineer
I applied through my college and had a written round first. It had 3 sections: coding, digital, and reasoning. The actual interview questions were about digital design and VLSI, with some on timing analysis.
- Can you design a logic using a 2:1 multiplexer?
Product Engineer
The whole thing had 3 steps. First was an aptitude and basic coding round where they tested data structures, C, and C++ basics. Then there were two more technical interviews, both online. Each one was about 1 hour 40 minutes. The first 10 mins were for coding intermediate data structures, then they hit me with aptitude and math questions.
- Could you discuss the alignment of technical concepts with the job profile?
- Explain pointers in the context of Data Structures.
- Describe arrays and their use cases.
