I got an email reaching out to me and went through a screening interview, then an interview with my potential direct manager. This second interview was really casual, felt like just a chat. They asked me to let them know if I was still interested after the interview, which was weird, but I did. Weeks passed, and I followed up for an update. Absolutely no response. I found this to be super unprofessional. It wasn't about my experience since they said I was overqualified. But still, it's important to get back to candidates instead of ghosting. It seemed unprofessional, which is surprising from such a big, well-known company.

I was reached out to via a cold email, and they set up an interview. It was pretty intense, we had a good chat and they asked a lot of questions. I didn't feel it went too well, but they didn't say anything so I kept following up. Their email replies were so rude, I almost felt like I dodged a bullet. They do amazing work and are a cool agency, but their rudeness to candidates who didn't interview well gave off a 'small fish in a big agency' vibe. It didn't feel people-centric or even professional/courteous.

The hiring process was really smooth. It started with HR to check if my background was a good fit. Then I spoke with the CSO, followed by the city-level strategy director. They were really clear about expectations and the information they shared was very upfront. The conversations were comfortable overall, and the main focus was on understanding my past work and how independently I managed projects.

The interview process was lengthy and involved multiple stages, with me speaking to three different individuals. It took quite a while for the company to provide feedback. The overall experience felt a bit unorganized, and they didn't do much to counter that impression. Although I did receive a job offer, the drawn-out and somewhat chaotic process made me reconsider the company.
