I had 3 interviews with line managers, including a Vice President, and key stakeholders. Then there was a GMAT-like test and an assessment center. The assessment center involved 2 cases: one focused on hard skills relevant to my functional area, and the other on soft skills. It was attended by 5 colleagues.

First, a recruiting agency reached out, then I had a call with a recruiter from the company. After that, there were written assignments, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. I also had to complete some tests. Then came security checks, and finally, group interviews with heads of cross-functional departments and managers. Each stage lasted about an hour.
