We did a case about polyethylene and some other materials. The task was to figure out what new areas some products of the company can be applied. The whole process was in a brainstorm format. It will be a plus if you have appropriate knowledges in oil in gases processing.

I had 3 interviews with line managers, including a Vice President, and key stakeholders. Then there was a GMAT-like test and an assessment center. The assessment center involved 2 cases: one focused on hard skills relevant to my functional area, and the other on soft skills. It was attended by 5 colleagues.
