It started with a call with an external recruiter, followed by a call with both the local HR and the future Manager. A few weeks later, I was contacted again to provide professional references from former managers and colleagues. Then there were some really intense personality tests, which included an interview with a psychologist. After that, I had a call with the corporate Chief HR & Sustainability Officer, and finally, a call with the country manager.

The whole thing took about 10-11 months. First, they did some initial covid screening and criminal background checks. Then you get booked for medical examinations. If you pass the medicals, you go to their center to write psychometric tests. If you do well on those, they invite you for a virtual interview on Microsoft Teams, and that's the last step in the hiring process.
