Sales Associate
The process included several interviews with TM and management, plus initial phone screening calls before the in-person interviews, which is fairly standard and typical for medical device companies when hiring.

Sales Representative
I interviewed with each level of management, starting with the regional manager, and shadowed a current territory manager. It was very thorough and I had enough time to ask and answer all my questions. The process was professional and precise.

The people I interviewed with were super nice and engaging. I had several interviews with different people on the team, and even the CEO was really down-to-earth and upfront. It was clear they really care about finding the right talent and making sure new hires fit with the company culture. They also followed up nicely; about half the people I talked to got back to me when I reached out.
