I had one team interview where they asked pretty basic questions like your biggest weakness and why you want the role. It was casual and your manager is the one to interview.

I interviewed with the purchasing manager of shuretape who was very enthusiastic about getting me in for a face to face interview on December 19th 2016. However Shuretape shuts down over the holidays so she could not get the team together. However, she was going on three week vacation. January came and went and no word on the fly in then in mid February I was told that They decided to go internal. I have never been treated so shabby by propective employer.

I had a phone screen with my supervisor that lasted about 45 minutes. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview with the supervisor again, plus some other team members, including the CFO. This second interview went on for two hours. They were asking very specific questions about tasks, almost like they wanted someone who had done the exact same job before, instead of just focusing on my related experience and potential. I was pretty drained by the end and was okay with not getting an offer.

I applied online at the start of the year. A couple of months later, a recruiter emailed me and set up a phone call. After that, she said she'd let me know if the hiring manager wanted to talk. I waited a bit, then got another email saying the hiring manager did want to chat. I had a phone interview with her, and a few days after that, I got an email with my offer.
