Java Software Developer
So basically, it's a multi-stage thing to see if you're a good fit. It kicks off with your resume getting looked at and then a quick phone or video chat. After that, you might have some tests, and then one or more interviews. These interviews could be technical, about how you behave, or about hypothetical situations. It all wraps up with a final decision and, hopefully, an offer. They do this whole song and dance to check your skills, your experience, and if you'll vibe with the team, you know, beyond just what's on paper. The early parts usually involve recruiters checking your resume for the basics and then a preliminary call to see if you're even in the running for the next step. Sometimes, they'll throw in technical or skills tests. Then come the main interview rounds, which could be one-on-one or with a group, either in person or via video. They'll ask you about stuff you've done before to guess how you'll act in the future (behavioral/situational) and for technical roles, they might hit you with specific tech questions or a business problem to figure out and present. Finally, after all that, the hiring folks chat about everyone, and you usually follow up to show you're still keen. If they like you, you get the official offer.

Product Manager
Candidates send in resumes and cover letters. Recruiters or hiring managers look at applications to pick out candidates based on what they're qualified for and what experience they have. You'll meet with a bunch of different people from the team, managers, or others you'd work with. This part checks if you'd fit with the team, how you communicate, how you work with others, and if you know the role really well. Might have case studies, questions about different situations, or whiteboard stuff.

Senior Java Developer
They asked multiple questions on Spring Boot and Core Java, like HashMap, HashTable vs HashMap, @profile, multithreading, exceptions. Also, questions about finding the second largest element, and even/odd numbers. They inquired about the Java version and Spring version used in the project. My advice is to prepare Core Java in more detail.
