I was told to attend an interview with Shree Cement on short notice, like just one day before, so I didn't have much time to prepare. About 10-12 candidates were there, which made me a bit nervous. First, they shortlisted us based on academics. Then, we went to the HR department for a written test, followed by a panel interview. I was interviewed first. When I came out, everyone was asking me questions, like another interview. I answered patiently. The panel was nice, noticing I was nervous, they told me to relax and stay positive. The work culture seemed systematic. After all interviews, they said they'd call within 10 days about selection. I got a call, but unfortunately had to decline the offer due to family issues.
