First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SHP.
Electrical Engineer
The interview process felt smooth and natural. The questions they asked were relevant to the role, and we ended up having a conversation rather than a strict Q&A. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
- Could you share some information about SHP?
Architect
The interview process at SHP was quite simple. I got a referral through a joint venture with the University I attended and the Company. They're always looking for someone with a great personality that shows good architectural skills in a portfolio.
- In what ways do you believe you can add value to an architecture firm like ours?
Sustainability Engineer
I put in my resume on their website and heard back from the HR Manager the next day. They set up a phone interview for me with the HR Manager and the Lead Engineer a few days later because I'm not local. A bit later, they told me they liked my background but wanted someone closer to their location.
- What sparked your interest in engineering?
- Could you describe your educational journey?
Architecture Student
The interview process was great. They spoke more than me and were very welcoming. They also gave a tour of their office, which was very generous. They also gave me a brief overview of the firm, which gave me clarity and got to know more about the depth of the firm.
- Can you tell us about your experience?
