I chatted with the hiring manager for about half an hour. She mentioned that the next step would be to talk with her boss, and she'd be in touch. But then, two weeks passed, and it turned out she had left the company for a different job. Nobody ever got back to me.

I had two interviews with both of the directors. It was a casual conversation where they shared details about the role and company. Then, I was given an assignment to showcase how I would approach the sales process. I wrote a very extensive outline (3 pages) and then never heard from them again. No feedback or anything, even after I followed up. Very unprofessional and disrespectful in my opinion.
