I had a phone interview scheduled and they called right on time, which was great. They offered me the job on the spot, assuming my uranalysis and background check went well. The whole call took less than 30 minutes, probably closer to 15-20.

The interview process went well. I spoke with the owner, CEO, and my potential direct manager. The questions were challenging but appropriate for the role, and overall, it wasn't a difficult interview. I received a job offer via email in under 24 hours. The offer was for $10k below the minimum of the stated salary range, which they justified based on my current role. The position also required working weekends every week, even for a recruiter, and included only two weeks of total time off, encompassing both vacation and sick days. I decided to decline the offer.
