Getting an initial interview is easiest with a referral from someone already working there. If you have that, expect a phone call with the recruiter in Raleigh, NC. After that, you might get an interview with the Regional Manager. The corporate recruiter was great to talk to about the job. She was upfront about the role and what's expected. She didn't hide the challenges the company and other sales reps have faced.

Had two good phone interviews and passed a personality test, then a third phone interview with the field manager. They said I'd have a face-to-face interview, but then I got an automated rejection email. It's confusing because I'm a top performer with great references and have gotten 6 offers from Fortune 500 companies. Makes you wonder what they're really looking for before you even get a chance to interview.
