It was quick, and I was definitely hired on the spot. No hard questions were asked. After the initial interview, they sent me straight to the sketchy boss, who bragged about all the hard work you'll do for such little pay.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process involved three stages. Initially, I met with the customer service manager. Then, I had an interview with the VP. Finally, the third interview was scheduled with the CEO. There was a delay upon my arrival for the first interview because the customer service manager had forgotten about my appointment. I didn't mind, as I'm a patient person, and the interview went very well. Following that, I advanced to the second interview with the VP. This interview was brief, and I was informed I'd receive a call to schedule the final interview with the CEO. However, I never received the call. When I followed up, I was asked to leave my number and was told they'd contact me, but they never did.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had a phone interview with the office administrator which was kind of tough and condescending, but then I got called back for a second interview with Derek, who is the CS Manager. Derek was really honest and made the interview feel more like a chat than an interrogation. He told me exactly what to expect and, looking back, he knew just what questions to ask to see if I'd be a good fit for the job and the team. There was also a mock call where I had to deal with an angry customer.

I saw an ad on Craigslist and applied. The hiring manager called me soon after. We had a quick phone chat, but it wasn't scheduled, so be ready for unexpected calls! They asked about my previous work and my Excel abilities. After that, I came in for an in-person interview, which was pretty easy and straightforward.
