The interview process had 2 stages with two senior people at each stage. The interviews and interviewers were positive and professional. The process itself is very slow and the HR staff are unfortunately very incompetent. In the time it took to organize the 2nd interview other firms had already contacted, interviewed and made an offer. I waited around as i was interested in working at Shop however the process took too long and communication was extremely poor. You are losing out on landing people because of your HR staff and hiring process!

The interview was pretty relaxed and felt like a chat about what I was hoping for and why I wanted to join SHoP. Two people talked with me, going over some of my projects and then telling me more about how the firm works. It finished with a quick office walk-through where we kept chatting and asking questions.

The interview process was really great, I met with two architects and really liked the people and the office space. The vibe was nice, the interior design was beautiful, and the building itself was gorgeous and in a convenient location. They showed me some architectural models and drawings.
