I applied through LinkedIn and soon after had a really quick and easy phone screen with HR. Then, I was invited in to meet with HR, my potential boss, and a coworker. They all made me feel super comfortable, and the talks went great. I got to find out everything about the job and ask any questions I had without feeling awkward. Since two people from my potential team were away when I first came in, I could choose between a video or in-person interview with them, so I got to meet everyone. Overall, the process was really smooth and they kept up with the speed I needed.

Behavioral Technical

I applied through indeed.com and got a response quickly. First, I had an initial phone interview with HR which went really well. It was a detailed and thorough call where we discussed the job, what's expected, and my background. About a week later, they contacted me for an in-person interview at their office. The company was accommodating with scheduling since I was still employed. The in-person interview with the brand manager was a great experience, very conversational, focusing on the role and my past experience. It lasted about an hour and a half. I'm not a fan of interviews that are just the usual questions and very one-sided. I got an offer in under two weeks.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

They did a super day with three 30 min interviews. The first was a general fit and super conversational. The second was a case study about e-commerce pages and UX design. The third was also conversational, but focused on evaluating e-commerce page performance and other e-commerce related questions. After that, I spoke with the head of Jet recruiting and there was a happy hour. It was a great experience overall, and everyone was super friendly and passionate about the company, the Walmart/Jet acquisition, and everything. Plus, the office and area are gorgeous, right on the water and close to the TD Garden.

Technical Case Behavioral

I applied through a recruiter, who called me for a quick phone interview in the first week. Then, I completed a game-based app assessment. After that, HR contacted me for another phone interview. Finally, I had an onsite interview, which included a short office tour and three interviews: one was a standard resume review, another was a UX case study, and the last was a conversational case study referencing Walmart's ecommerce CEO. The whole thing concluded with a final interview conversation and summary.
