Sales Associate
It was super easy, honestly. If you have any retail experience at all, you'll get the job. They hired me on the spot, and it's a pretty chill job.
- What's your approach to dealing with an upset customer?
Sales Associate
They ask you questions about your sales experience and how you'd handle different scenarios, like if someone walked out with shoes or how to deal with a scuffed shoe. Then you have to fill out a lot of forms with your income info and take a test to see if you qualify. It's just simple questions, like how you'd manage an angry customer.
- What motivated you to apply for this position?
Sales Associate
It was casual and my supervisor just talked to me to see how well I interacted with other people. she asked me what hours I was willing to work, could I work the holidays, and how open was my schedule. she also let me know there was a quota that had to be made for you to get commission.
- What are our main goals when it comes to sales?
