Behavioral Technical

We had an online chat with an HRBP specialist to go over my experience, skills, and how I fit the HRBP role. Then, I spoke with the HR Head online about leadership, fitting into the culture, and what I could bring long-term. The local HR team seemed really energetic back in 2023.

I went through 5 interviews in total: first with HR, then a local supervisor, followed by two different supervisors overseas, and finally a panel of three more supervisors from overseas. Each interview was about 45 minutes long, and I spent a lot of time preparing for them. After the last interview, HR told me I just needed to come in and meet the team in person and I would get the job. But then they told me they hired someone else. One of the panelists even hinted during the 5th interview that I might not get an offer, which made me feel like they already decided on someone else but still made me go through the final interview. It was disappointing, but I think it might be for the best since they seemed to have some internal issues with communication.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a time you had to have a difficult conversation and how you dealt with it.
