I went to dinner twice for interviews, it was pretty chill. My main interviewer, who would be my supervisor, kept it conversational. The first interview was just me and him, but the second one was with about 6 people with different jobs and bosses, also at dinner. One guy even came all the way from Des Moines (2 hours away) to meet us for dinner and to ask me some technical questions.

The interview was pretty informal. I was asked a few standard questions from the lead for EE/ME Department, which took 15 minutes. Then I was given a tour around the building, which was a nice open layout with two separate floors. Then I was driven to a restaurant and had lunch with some employees. Overall the experience was satisfying and I had a great time.

Easy process, they followed up quickly. It started with a recruiter phone screen. If I advanced, I had an onsite interview with future teammates. After that, it took a while to hear back before I received my verbal and written job offers.
